Release of Liability

By participating in our Dance, Gym and/or Computer classes and our annual recital, you fully agree to waive and release the Dancing Bears Dance Company, its contractors, employees and place of participation from any and all liability for damages and injuries that may occur in their program and during the annual recital at Glendale College Auditorium.

The Dancing Bears Annual Dance Recital is not affiliated with the participating preschools that the children attend. This is a Dancing Bears Dance Company venue and Dancing Bears Dance Company policies apply. By signing up for the optional annual recital, you agree to fully comply with Dancing Bears Dance Company's policies.

Purchase Agreement and Return Policy

I authorize the Dancing Bears Dance Company to charge my credit card for the items I have purchased on the "Recital Store" and/or on the "Registration" page. I understand that my card will be charged for the total purchase at the time I submit my order form.

The recital costume is a special order and takes approximately 12 weeks to arrive. The size must be chosen carefully because there are no returns or exchanges. The costumes and the tickets will be delivered to your child's school in June. We are not responsible for lost or stolen costumes and/or tickets. If you do not receive your costumes or your tickets by June 7th, it is your responsibility to call us at 661-296-3203. The DVDs will be mailed out in July. If you do not receive them, it is your responsibility to call us at 661-296-3203.

All sales are final!

Recital Policy

I understand that costume and ticket purchase are required to participate in the Dancing Bears Dance Company's annual recital. I further understand that videotaping and flash photography will be allowed in the theater, however I must stay seated throughout the performance. Professional DVD will also be available for purchase.
