Computer Classes:
Our 30 minute interactive academic computer classes are designed for children ages 2.5 - 8. We teach our extra curriculum classes at various private schools in the Los Angeles area.
Curriculum: the basic computer components, Windows, phonics, reading, math (sequencing and ordering, sorting, additions and subtractions, time telling, logic, memory building), creativity, geography, history, early science, language arts, critical thinking skills, weather patters, map reading, comprehension, cultural diversity, Microsoft Office (6+).
We work with various mind enriching, award winning programs each month. Our academic curriculum is designed to meet and exceed the standards set by educators.
Some of the programs we use in class: Adiboo:Science, Adiboo:Math, Aladdin's Reading Quest, Aladdin's Math Quest, Jumpstart:Explorers, Jumpstart:Animals, Ready for Math with Pooh, Ready to Read with Pooh, Dinosaur 3D, Orly's Draw a Story, Jumgle Book, Casper...etc.
According to Pediatric Magazine June 2004 Issue: early structured computer exposure is associated with faster development of preschool concepts among young children. Children who used a computer scored higher on school entry tests.
