Our next recital will be held on
June 25th,Saturday 2011 at the Glendale College Auditorium
(1500 N. Verdugo Rd., Glendale, CA 91208).
We will have three shows:
10:00 AM, 1:30 PM and 4:30 PM.
 
Each show will start on time and run about 1 hour 30 minutes. Your school's show schedule will be announced in May.  The dancers must arrive 30 minutes prior to show time wearing their costumeThey will perform two dances in the same costume.  Please make a potty stop before dropping them off backstage.  Costume and ticket purchase will be required to participate. The little dancers will start preparing for the show in January.


Costume and Recital Registration Fee:


The costume and registration fee is $89.95 ($58.95 costume + 9.75% tax + $25 registration fee) and is due in full by February 27th!  The costumes are custom made and take 12 weeks to receive.  Orders placed after February 27th are not guaranteed and will have an additional $15 shipping charge added.  No costume orders will be accepted after March 31st.  Please order the size carefully, there are no exchanges or returns on costumes.  All sales are final!


Tickets:


You can purchase unlimited amount of tickets.  Tickets will be available for $12 each and will be delivered to your school in June.  Children up to 3 years of age who can sit on the parents lap, and the dancers  do not need to purchase tickets.  The tickets are general seating and every seat in the auditorium offers a great view of the stage.


Videotaping and Photography:

 

Videotaping and photography will  be allowed in the theater, however we ask you to stay seated throughout the show. 
Eric Won will do the professional videotaping of the event.  DVD's will be available for $30 each + $5 shipping if you are leaving the school. 
One Frame Media will be doing professional photography of the event.  Beautiful pictures from backstage and on stage of your child's school.  Two close-up pictures are taken from each child before the show.  Photo CD's will be available for $25 each + $5 shipping if you are leaving the school.   Note: If you are leaving the school, you must pay for shipping! DVDs/Photo CDs will be mailed out and/or delivered to the schools in August.   We are not responsible for lost DVDs/Photo Cds.




Volunteers:

We will need one parent volunteer from each school to help out backstage handing out snacks and helping with potty breaks. Volunteers will have to get to the theater 30 minutes before show time and are required to stay until the show ends. Volunteers are also required to stay backstage during the show, except when their child performs.  Volunteering will be honored on first call first served basis.  If you would like to volunteer, please call us as soon as possible.  Volunteers will receive one complimentary ticket.

Dates to remember:

January: Show preparation begins.

February: Recital information and costume order forms arrive at the schools. Deadline for costume orders is February 27th. Orders placed after February 27th are not guaranteed and will have an additional $15 shipping charge added.

May: Tickets and Professional DVD sale begins.  Deadline for ticket purchase is May 31st.  Theater fills up fast, so please order your tickets early.

June: Costumes and Tickets are delivered to the schools.  We are not responsible for lost tickets and/or costumes.

August: DVDs/Photo CDs are mailed out and/or delivered to the schools.
